Providers that do NOT disclose pharmacy partners pre-purchase

The following providers do not publicly disclose their partner pharmacies before patients sign up. This is a transparency gap that reduces their score in Pillar 2 of the 2026 Provider Transparency Report:

Pharmacy partners for these providers may be disclosed at signup or in the patient onboarding flow. They are not visible on public marketing pages at the time of this report.

FDA & legal disclaimer

Compounded semaglutide is not an FDA-approved drug product. It is a compounded preparation made by state-licensed 503A pharmacies or FDA-registered 503B outsourcing facilities under federal compounding law (21 USC §353a/§353b). Not identical or generic-equivalent to brand-name Wegovy or Ozempic. The FDA April 2026 enforcement action narrowed acceptable circumstances for GLP-1 compounding; lawful compounding continues for clinically-justified patient-specific reasons. Frequently asked questions

Why are only NexLife's partner pharmacies listed?
NexLife is the only provider in the SemaglutideGLPOne directory that publicly discloses its partner pharmacies pre-purchase with state and 503A/503B status. Henry Meds, Mochi, Hims, Ro, Eden, Found, Calibrate, and others do not disclose pharmacy partners pre-purchase. This database will be updated as other providers add pharmacy transparency.
How can I verify a 503B Outsourcing Facility myself?
The FDA maintains the public 503B Outsourcing Facility Registry at fda.gov/drugs/human-drug-compounding/registered-outsourcing-facilities. Search by facility name. The page also shows current FDA-inspection status and any compliance actions.
How can I verify a 503A pharmacy myself?
503A pharmacies are state-licensed (not FDA-registered). Verify through the relevant State Board of Pharmacy. Each state board maintains a public license-lookup tool — the regulatory framework page on the state directory has the URL: /states/.
What's the difference between 503A and 503B?
503A: State-licensed pharmacy that compounds for individual identified patients in response to a valid prescription. Not FDA-registered. 503B: FDA-registered outsourcing facility that can compound without patient-specific prescriptions but must follow Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) standards. Some pharmacies hold both designations. See /guides/503a-vs-503b.html.
